Deine Mission ist es, Content zu entwickeln, der Reichweite schafft, Aufmerksamkeit erzeugt und gleichzeitig zur Identität von OLAKALA passt.

Du erkennst relevante Trends, übersetzt sie in eigene Formate und findest Wege, unsere Produkte, Kampagnen und Brand-Moments so zu inszenieren, dass sie auf Social Media funktionieren. Dabei geht es nicht nur um schönen Content, sondern um Inhalte, die unsere Zielgruppe versteht, fühlt und teilt.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst kreative Content-Ideen und wiederkehrende Formate für TikTok, Instagram-Reels, Stories und weitere Social-Media-Kanäle zur Steigerung von Reichweite, Engagement, Markenbekanntheit und Community-Nähe
• Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Strukturierung unseres Content-Kalenders und bringst eigene Vorschläge für Themen, Hooks und Formate ein
• Du recherchierst Trends, Sounds, Creator, Wettbewerber und Entwicklungen im Fashion-, Streetwear-und Social-Media-Bereich
• Du organisierst und begleitest Content-Produktionen, Shootings, Kampagnen und spontane Content-Momente im Alltag der Brand
• Du planst und produzierst eigenständig Foto- und Video-Content für organische Social-Media-Kanäle
• Du übernimmst die Nachbearbeitung von Videos und Bildmaterial und achtest dabei auf Schnitt, Timing, Sound, Bildsprache und Markenwirkung
• Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Design, E-Commerce und dem Content-Team zusammen, um Produkte, Drops und Kampagnen sichtbar zu machen

Qualifikation

• Du begeisterst dich für Fashion, Streetwear, Social Media und digitale Trends
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, welche Inhalte auf TikTok und Instagram funktionieren und warum sie funktionieren
• Du hast erste Erfahrung in der Produktion von Social-Media-Content, idealerweise für Fashion, Streetwear, Lifestyle, Sport oder E-Commerce
• Du kannst eigenständig mit Tools wie CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom oder vergleichbaren Programmen arbeiten
• Du hast ein gutes Auge für Bildsprache, Ästhetik, Schnitt, Musik, Timing und visuelles Storytelling
• Du verstehst, dass guter Content nicht nur gut aussehen muss, sondern auch Aufmerksamkeit erzeugen und zur Zielgruppe passen muss
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich
• Du bringst Kreativität, Engagement und eine klare Hands-on-Mentalität mit
• Du hast Freude daran, Ideen nicht nur zu entwickeln, sondern auch selbst umzusetzen
