Aufgaben

Dein Spielfeld:

• Strategie-Lead: Du steuerst komplexe Search-Kampagnen nicht nur operativ, sondern entwickelst die Roadmap für den Erfolg unserer Kunden
• Tech & Data: Du nutzt Tracking, Feed-Management und Conversion-Optimierung, um das Maximum aus jedem Euro herauszuholen
• Sparringspartner: Du berätst Kunden auf Augenhöhe und überzeugst in Pitches durch Kompetenz, nicht durch FloskelnInnovation: Du testest neue Features, bevor sie Mainstream werden, und teilst Dein Wissen mit dem Team

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Experience: Mindestens 5 Jahre Full-Funnel SEA Erfahrung (Agenturerfahrung ist ein Plus)
• Mindset: Du bist analytisch messerscharf und hast Drive. Du wartest nicht auf Aufgaben, Du siehst Potenziale
• Sprache: Deutsch auf C2-Niveau ist Pflicht, gutes Englisch ein willkommenes ExtraTools: Google Ads, SA360, Merchant Center und Tracking-Tools sind Dein Zuhause
