Deine Mission

Du machst aus Content messbaren Impact. Mit starken Stories, datengetriebenen Kampagnen und smartem CRM-Einsatz sorgst du dafür, dass Bring! Labs sichtbar wächst, qualifizierte Leads gewinnt und langfristige Beziehungen aufbaut – entlang der gesamten Customer Journey. Dafür suchen wir, im Kontext einer Mutterschaftsvertretung, und idealerweise ab September 2026 bis Ende Januar 2028, eine:n (Senior) B2B Content & Growth Marketing Manager (alle).

Was dich erwartet

In dieser Rolle verantwortest du Content und Lead-Generierung mit klarem Fokus auf die FMCG- und Retail-Branche im DACH-Raum. Du setzt hochwertige Inhalte strategisch ein, um qualifizierte Kontakte zu gewinnen und durch CRM-gestützte Maßnahmen weiterzuentwickeln.
Content & Formate

• Erstellung von datenbasierten Branchen-Reports, Success Stories, Blogbeiträgen und LinkedIn-Posts
• Konzeption zielgruppenspezifischer Inhalte entlang der gesamten Customer Journey

Lead-Generierung & Kampagnen

• Aufbau und Optimierung von Inbound-, Automation- und Account-Based-Marketing-Strecken in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales-Team
• Planung und Umsetzung von E-Mail-Marketing & Newslettern
• Umsetzung und Steuerung von Kampagnen in HubSpot

Performance & Optimierung

• Analyse, Tracking und kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Maßnahmen entlang relevanter KPIs

Erfahrung & Ausbildung

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung in Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Content Marketing, Copywriting oder B2B-(Fach-)Journalismus

Content & Kampagnen

• Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Lead-Generierung und Reaktivierung von Kontakten
• Starkes Verständnis für KPIs, Data Storytelling und Datenvisualisierung

Tools & Technologie

• Fundierte HubSpot-Kenntnisse (Marketing & Content Hub, Workflows, Sequenzen) oder vergleichbares CRM
• Routinierter Umgang mit KI-Tools für Recherche, Strukturierung und Effizienzsteigerung

Sprachen

• Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Nice to have

• Kenntnisse der Media-Branche oder Erfahrung im Digital Marketing von Handel und Marken
