Für unseren weiteren Erfolgskurs suchen wir für unseren Agenturstandort in Buchholz bei Hamburg zu sofort einen Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

• Du berätst unsere Kunden strategisch, sowie konzeptionell bei der Planung und Aussteuerung von Social-Media-Werbekampagnen und SEA-Maßnahmen (Google Ads)
• Gemeinsam mit dem Team aus der Grafik entwickelst Du zielgruppenorientierte Anzeigen
• Du analysierst, pflegst und überwachst die Kampagnendaten, erstellst Auswertungen und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab, um die KPIs der Kunden kontinuierlich zu verbessern
• Regelmäßig erstellst Du Reportings und Auswertungen zur Übersicht für unsere Kunden

Qualifikation

• Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing abgeschlossen
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich SEA und Socia Ads Marketing bringst Du mit (idealerweise liegen schon Google Adwords Zertifizierungen vor)
• Du arbeitest versiert im Umgang mit den Business- und Werbetools der gängigen Social-Media-Plattformen (Meta und LinkedIn) und nutzt Tracking- und Reportingtools
• Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Leadgenerierung, Zielgruppen, Segmentierung & Tracking sowie Webanalyse
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, vor allem in MS-Excel, ist für Dich selbstverständlich
• Analytisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sind Deine Stärken
• Mit Deiner offenen Art und Kommunikationsstärke fällt es Dir leicht, sich auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner einzustellen und sie von Deinen Ideen zu überzeugen, gerne auch in Englisch
