Wir bei Inkster schreiben Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Motivation und Spaß groß! Als 10-köpfiges Team aus Digital Natives und unserem einzigartigen 2-Wochen Tattoo auf Fruchtbasis sind wir im Juni 2021 gestartet und innerhalb weniger Monate zum europamarktführenden Love-Brand geworden. Heute verkaufen wir unsere Produkte in sechs internationalen Märkten und arbeiten täglich daran, Inkster als moderne Love-Brand weiter auszubauen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Content Creator/in.

Du liebst Social Media, kreatives Storytelling und die Erstellung von Content, der Menschen begeistert? Du verbringst gerne Zeit auf Instagram, TikTok & Co., erkennst Trends frühzeitig und hast Lust, eine schnell wachsende E-Commerce-Marke aktiv mitzugestalten? Du wirst als Content Creator/in ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams sein und die visuelle Präsenz von Inkster auf unseren Social-Media-Kanälen aktiv mitgestalten. Von der Planung über die Produktion bis hin zur Analyse von Content übernimmst du Verantwortung und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir kreative Konzepte, produzieren hochwertigen Content und bauen Inkster als internationale Brand weiter aus. Wir freuen uns auf dich.

Aufgaben

• Du produzierst eigenständig Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle – von der Planung über das Filmen und Fotografieren bis hin zur Veröffentlichung.
• Du fotografierst und filmst unsere natürlichen 2-Wochen Tattoos für Instagram, TikTok und weitere digitale Kanäle – sowohl in spontanen Situationen als auch in geplanten Shootings.
• Du erstellst kreative Reels, TikToks, Storys und weitere Social-Media-Formate mit Hilfe von Instagram, Canva sowie Video-Editing-Tools wie CapCut oder Final Cut Pro.
• Du setzt Briefings selbstständig um und entwickelst dabei eigene Ideen für performanten und trendgerechten Content.
• Du analysierst die Performance deiner Inhalte und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale für zukünftige Beiträge ab.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Creative Strategistin zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung kreativer Kampagnen.
• Du beobachtest aktuelle Social-Media-Trends, Creator-Formate und Plattform-Entwicklungen und bringst neue Impulse aktiv ins Unternehmen ein.

Qualifikation

• Du studierst Medien, Marketing, Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren Bereich – oder überzeugst uns einfach durch dein Talent und deine Erfahrung.
• Du kennst die Anforderungen und Besonderheiten von Plattformen wie Instagram, TikTok und anderen Social-Media-Kanälen.
• Du nutzt Social Media nicht nur privat, sondern beschäftigst dich aktiv mit Trends, Creator-Formaten und erfolgreichem Content.
• Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen in der Foto-, Video- oder Content-Produktion.
• Du hast Kenntnisse in Tools wie Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Instagram oder Final Cut Pro.
• Du verstehst die Unterschiede zwischen UGC, organischem Content und Performance-orientierten Video Ads.
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, zuverlässig und bringst eine hohe Eigeninitiative mit.
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für aktuelle Trends, visuelle Gestaltung und digitales Storytelling.
• Du besitzt sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Du kannst idealerweise kurzfristig starten.
