Wir sind ein junges, aufstrebendes Unternehmen mit mittlerweile über 29 Leuten im Team. Unter unserem Dach vereinen wir vier Gesellschaften und deren Marken: Die MainTea GmbH mit Besser im Glas (Tee & Gewürze), die POWAFOOD GmbH mit Bubble Pop (Marktführer Bubble Tea) und PRO2BE (gekühlte Proteinprodukte), die Good Coco GmbH mit Honest Coco (Kokosnusswasser) – und eine weitere Marke im Smoothie-Bereich ist bereits in den Startlöchern.

Dafür suchen wir eine:n Content Manager:in, der den Content für alle unsere Marken im Griff hat – strukturiert, eigenständig und mit einem echten Gespür dafür, was auf welchem Kanal funktioniert.

Aufgaben

• Du übernimmst die übergreifende Verantwortung und Organisation unseres Contents auf allen Kanälen – für alle unsere Marken
• Du konzipierst, erstellst und verwaltest organischen Social Media Content und weißt, wie du Trends auf unterschiedliche Marken mit verschiedenen Zielgruppen und Tonalitäten adaptierst
• Du pflegst und bespielst unsere Facebook-Gruppe mit eigenen Beiträgen und aktiver Community-Interaktion
• Du betreust unsere Blogbeiträge und Rezeptwelt auf der Website und entwickelst sie weiter
• Du planst und koordinierst Shootings und kümmerst dich um die Abwicklung
• Du unterstützt inhaltlich bei unserem Newsletter
• Du baust gemeinsam mit uns die Content-Welt rund um unsere neue Nahrungsergänzungsmittel-Linie mit auf – ein komplett neues Feld, das im Herbst startet

Qualifikation

• Erste Berufserfahrung im Content Management, Social Media oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich – du musst nicht alles wissen, aber du weißt wie der Laden läuft
• Du bist organisiert, strukturiert und kannst mehrere Marken und Themen gleichzeitig im Blick behalten – du brauchst keine tägliche Anleitung
• Grundkenntnisse in Design und/oder Videoschnitt sind ein echtes Plus – du musst kein Profi sein, aber ein Gefühl für guten Content haben
• Du bist up to date bei Social Media Trends und weißt, was gerade funktioniert
• Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise – du wartest nicht, bis man dir sagt, was zu tun ist
