Aufgaben

Deine Mission:

Als Senior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) gestaltest Du langfristige Kundenpartnerschaften, erkennst Wachstumspotenziale und unterstützt unsere Kunden dabei, mit PROPLAN moderne Projektsteuerung erfolgreich umzusetzen. Du arbeitest eng mit Entscheidern, Unternehmensberatern sowie unserem Software Engineering-Team zusammen.

Woran Du bei uns arbeitest:

    • Du entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter und identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale in komplexen Unternehmensstrukturen
    • Du erkennst Upselling-Potenziale und entwickelst langfristige Lizenzpartnerschaften mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert für unsere Kunden
    • Du befähigst unsere Kunden dazu, PROPLAN erfolgreich und nachhaltig einzusetzen und moderne Projektsteuerung zukunftsorientiert aufzubauen
    • Du bist zwei bis dreimal pro Jahr bei deinen Kunden vor Ort, baust vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf und verstehst ihre Herausforderungen aus erster Hand
    • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Automatisierung ihrer Prozesse mittels KI
    • Du positionierst PROPLAN als zukunftsorientierte Lösung für modernes Multi-Projektmanagement mit Prozesslandkarten
    • Du nutzt Storytelling und starke Kommunikation, um Kunden für Innovationen und neue Lösungsansätze zu begeistern
    • Du führst hervorragend vorbereitete Verhandlungen mit Kunden und Entscheidern und entwickelst dabei nachhaltige Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe

Qualifikation

Hierfür solltest Du mitbringen:

    • Abgeschlossenes Studium BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik u.ä. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
    • Mehrjährige oder nachweisbare Erfahrung im Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting oder B2B-Sales
    • Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und Begeisterung für Storytelling
    • Innovationsgeist und Freude daran, neue Ideen voranzutreiben
    • Idealerweise Erfahrung im SaaS-, Software- oder Projektmanagement-Umfeld
    • Affinität zur Baubranche von Vorteil
    • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
