Aufgaben
Deine Mission:
Als Junior Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden dabei, das volle Potenzial von PROPLAN auszuschöpfen und moderne Projektsteuerung erfolgreich umzusetzen. Dabei lernst du, wie digitale Projektsteuerung in der Bauindustrie funktioniert — und gestaltest diese aktiv mit. Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Software Engineering-Team zusammen, um Kundenfeedback in echte Produktverbesserungen zu übersetzen.
Woran Du bei uns arbeitest:
- Du befähigst unsere Kunden dazu, PROPLAN erfolgreich und nachhaltig in ihren Projekten einzusetzen
- Du begleitest Kunden bei der Einführung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung ihrer Prozesse mit PROPLAN
- Du unterstützt Kunden dabei, moderne Projektsteuerung effizienter und digitaler aufzubauen & Prozesse mittels KI zu automatisieren
- Du erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Ansätze, um den Kunden zu begeistern
- Du bringst dich aktiv in Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen ein, z. B. durch die Aufbereitung von Kundenfeedback und Marktanforderungen
Qualifikation
Hierfür solltest Du mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Begeisterung für Innovation, Wachstum und neue Ideen
- Idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Software, SaaS oder Projektmanagement
- Affinität zur Baubranche von Vorteil
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
