Aufgaben

• Sie empfangen unsere Kunden und analysieren ihren Bedarf direkt am Fahrzeug - persönlich oder digital.
• Sie beraten technisch fundiert und verständlich und sorgen damit täglich für zufriedene Kunden.
• Sie erstellen Aufträge, Kostenvoranschläge und übernehmen die Garantieanfragen.
• Sie koordinieren den gesamten Reparaturprozess und sind die Verbindung
  zwischen Kunden und unseren Mechatroniker in der Werkstatt.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über fundierte fachliche und technische Kenntnisse Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum KFZ-Mechatroniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Berufsserfahrung als Servicebearbeiter in der KFZ-Branche; idealerweise bei einem Vertragspartner von BMW oder Hyundai
• Sie besitzen gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-OfficeSie zeichnet eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
• Sie sind Team- und Qualitätsorientiert
