Aufgaben

• Eigenständige Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marketing- und Social-Media-Aktivitäten
• Planung, Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle
• Aufbau fester Prozesse, Abläufe und eines durchdachten Redaktionsplans
• Umsetzung zukunfts- und umsatzorientierter Marketingmaßnahmen, online wie offline
• Begleitung von Aktionen, Messen und saisonalen Kampagnen (z. B. unsere Gartenmöbel-Saison)
• Beobachtung aktueller Trends und Übertragung auf unsere Marke
• Koordinierung unserer Dienstleister
• Pflege von Produkten
• Organisation unserer Marketingkampagnen und Veranstaltungen

Qualifikation

• Spaß am Marketing und Freude daran, unsere Marke sichtbar zu machen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Social Media und ein gutes Gespür für Medien und Inhalte
• Zukunfts- und umsatzorientiertes Denken
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, feste Prozesse und Abläufe aufzubauen
• Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Eine kaufmännische oder marketingnahe Ausbildung ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
