Aufgaben

• Koordination vielfältiger Marketing- und Vertriebsaufgaben im Team und mit den Fachkolleg:innen
• Zentrale Schnittstelle und Ansprechpartner:in für sämtliche Geschäftsfelder des Unternehmens in Bezug auf interne und externe Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
• Betreuung und Optimierung unserer internen (z.B. SharePoint) und externen (Website & Social-Media) Online-Kanäle
• Organisation und Durchführung von internen (u.a. Team-Events, Sommerfest, Weihnachtsfeier) und externen (z.B. Fachmessen / -tagungen) Veranstaltungen
• Erstellung und Gestaltung von Digital- (Newsletter & Präsentationen) und Print-Medien (u.a. Flyer & Broschüren)

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation – alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung – sowie 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Cloud oder Canva, CMS-Systemen und MS Office
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Kreativität und ein gutes Auge für redaktionelle und visuelle Inhalte sowie Begeisterung, eigene Ideen umzusetzen
• Erfahrung in der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10%)
