Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort engagierte Unterstützung im Bereich Projektmanagement.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Steuerung von Marktforschungsprojekten
• Planung, Koordination und Überwachung aller Projektphasen
• Kundenkommunikation und Beratung zu marktforschungsrelevanten Themen
• Steuerung der Feldarbeit und Qualitätssicherung
• Erstellung von Angeboten, Kalkulationen und Profitabilitätsrechnungen
• Koordination von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
• Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Marketing, Marktforschung, Psychologie, Soziologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, in der Marktforschung oder im kundenorientierten Umfeld von Vorteil
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
• Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook)
