Aufgaben

Das wirst du können

• Kunden digital gewinnen – du verstehst, wie moderne Kundengewinnung funktioniert, und kannst sie selbst umsetzen.
• Werbung professionell schalten – auf den großen Plattformen, mit klaren Strukturen und messbaren Ergebnissen.
• Inhalte mit KI erstellen – Texte, Bilder und Videos in Profi-Qualität, in einem Bruchteil der Zeit.
• Ergebnisse messen und verbessern – du lernst, Zahlen zu lesen und daraus die nächsten Schritte abzuleiten.
• Prozesse automatisieren – damit Routineaufgaben sich von selbst erledigen und du dich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren kannst.

Qualifikation

Das solltest du mitbringen

• Lust auf eine neue berufliche Richtung – egal ob Wechsel, Wiedereinstieg oder nächster Karriereschritt
• Interesse an digitalen Themen – Vorerfahrung im Marketing ist nicht nötig
• Deutschkenntnisse auf B2-Niveau
• Einen PC oder Laptop mit Internetverbindung
• Bereitschaft, vier Monate fokussiert in deine neue Karriere zu investieren
