Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine:n Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) für den Bereich Eventmanagement für ca. 15 - 20 Stunden für unseren Standort in München.

Aufgaben

Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von B2B- und B2C-Präsenzevents – vom kleinen Workshop bis zum größeren Live-Format. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit allen Bereichen der Agentur zusammen – von Redaktion, Videoproduktion und Grafik bis zur Strategie – und lernst viele spannende Themen aus dem Gesundheitsbereich kennen.

• Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Koordination und Umsetzung von Live-Events
• Kommunikation mit Dienstleister:innen (z. B. Locations, Technik, Catering) – telefonisch und per E-Mail
• Unterstützung bei der Teilnehmer:innenbetreuung und Aufgaben vor Ort
• Erstellung und Pflege von Präsentationen und Teilnehmer:innenlisten
• Mitarbeit bei Projektmanagement-Aufgaben und administrativen Prozessen
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Datenbanken (z. B. Brevo oder HubSpot)
• Unterstützung bei der Nachbereitung und Auswertung von Veranstaltungen
• Eigenständige Recherche zu Themen, Trends oder möglichen Partner:innen

Qualifikation

• Eingeschriebene:r Student:in, idealerweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Eventmanagement, BWL, Gesundheitsmanagement o. Ä.
• Freude am Organisieren, Kommunizieren und Anpacken
• Gutes Zeitmanagement und ein sicherer Überblick, auch wenn mehrere Projekte parallel laufen
• Keine Scheu vorm Telefonieren und Lust, mit Dienstleister:innen und Partner:innen im Austausch zu sein
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (gelegentlich)
• Gute Kenntnisse in PowerPoint und Excel
• Erste Erfahrungen mit CRM-Systemen (z. B. Brevo, HubSpot) von Vorteil
• Interesse an Gesundheitsthemen sowie an Kommunikation und Events
• Zuverlässige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Offenheit, Neues zu lernen und dich in Tools einzuarbeiten
