Aufgaben

• Aufbau und Pflege eines priorisierten CRO-Backlogs auf Basis von Daten, Customer Insights und Funnel-Analysen — Du startest auf einer grünen Wiese und gestaltest die Struktur selbst
• Entwicklung von Hypothesen und Definition der UX-Richtung für jeden Test — in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Design und Entwicklung
• Eigenständiges Aufsetzen und QA der Tests in unseren Tools; Briefing der Entwickler zur Implementierung
• Durchführung von Tests über die gesamte Strecke: Hauptseite, Landing Pages, PDPs, Checkout und Post-Purchase-Flows
• Analyse der Ergebnisse mit Fokus auf LTV und Revenue per Customer — nicht nur auf die Conversion Rate
• Ableitung klarer Empfehlungen für den eCommerce Director und relevante Stakeholder
• Skalierung auf eine Testkadenz von 20–25 aussagekräftigen Tests pro Monat
• Aktuell bleiben zu D2C Best Practices, Subscription Commerce und dem deutschen eCommerce-Markt

Qualifikation

Für diese Rolle suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die eigenverantwortlich arbeitet, Stakeholder überzeugt und CRO als strategisches Wachstumsinstrument versteht — nicht als Checkliste.

Must-haves:

• CRO-Erfahrung in einem D2C-eCommerce-Umfeld — Du kennst Direct Response und weißt, was das für Testprioritäten bedeutet
• Ein ganzheitliches Mindset: Du denkst in der gesamten Customer Journey und erkennst, wo die größten Hebel liegen
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit GA4, Heatmapping-Tools und Session Recording
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Shopify
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeiten — Du arbeitest gerne bereichsübergreifend und kannst Stakeholder mitnehmen
• Pragmatismus im Umgang mit unvollständigen Daten — Du brauchst kein perfektes Setup, um voranzukommen, und nutzt Datenlücken nicht als Grund zum Stillstand
• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse (erforderlich); Erfahrung im deutschen Markt stark bevorzugt

Nice-to-have:

• Erfahrung mit Dalton, Intelligems, Hotjar und/oder Microsoft Clarity
• Hintergrund in Health, Wellness oder Supplements
• Erfahrung mit Subscription-Commerce und Retention-Metriken
