Bei HiDesk entwickeln wir KI-Agenten, die für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen telefonieren und schreiben wie ein eingearbeiteter Mitarbeiter. Unsere Mission ist es, mit modernster Sprach-KI jedem Betrieb rund um die Uhr Erreichbarkeit zu ermöglichen, ohne dass jemand dafür ständig am Hörer oder im Posteingang sitzen muss. So bekommen auch kleine Teams die Schlagkraft großer Organisationen.

• Perspektive: Bei beidseitigem Fit und entsprechender Entwicklung von HiDesk besteht die Option auf eine spätere Zusammenarbeit (z. B. als Werkstudent:in oder in Teil-/Vollzeit). Aufgaben

🧠 Marketing & Content

• Aufbau und Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram als Hauptkanal, dazu YouTube und weitere relevante Plattformen)
• Artikel, Case Studies und Inhalte für unsere Webseite
• Erstellung von Beiträgen, kurzen Videos und Visuals rund um KI, Kommunikation und unsere Kunden
• Vorbereitung von Pressetexten, Fachartikeln und Gastbeiträgen
• PR-Branding und Positionierung von HiDesk als KI-Pionier für kleine Unternehmen

💼 Business Development

• Strategie Entwicklung
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen & Pitches
• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im Bereich Voice AI und Customer Communication

🤝 Partner-Akquise & Business

• Recherche und Ansprache von Kunden
• Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines lokalen Partnernetzwerks
• Vorbereitung von Präsentationen & Pitches

📱 Produkt & KI

• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Software
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Design & Product
• Testing, Bugs, neue Features – du bist mittendrin

Qualifikation

• Du befindest dich im Studium (z. B. Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL, Digital Business oder etwas Vergleichbarem) oder hast bereits erste Erfahrungen in einem der oben genannten Bereiche
• Du zeigst Eigeninitiative, Offenheit und Teamgeist
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten ist genau dein Ding und du bringst proaktiv deine Ideen ein
• Du arbeitest gerne mit Tools wie Canva, Figma, CapCut oder ähnlichen Design- und Video-Tools (oder hast Lust, das im Praktikum selbstständig zu lernen)
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Social Media (vor allem Instagram) und neugierig auf Analytics und Performance-Marketing
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie solides Englisch
