Bisher keine Erfahrung im Forderungsmanagement? Kein Problem. Während der Einarbeitung erfährst du alles, was du zur Ausführung des Jobs benötigst. Vorkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig.

Deine Aufgaben

• Überwachung offener Forderungen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Zahlungseingangs

• Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail bei offenen Rechnungen und Rückfragen

• Eigenverantwortliche Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten im Zahlungsverkehr

• Nachverfolgung offener Forderungen und Dokumentation im System

Gehalt: 1.500 Euro pro Monat (brutto) bei 20 Stunden / Woche

Das bringst du mit

• Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d) und suchst eine Werkstudententätigkeit

• Erste Erfahrung in der Kundenkommunikation, Buchhaltung oder einer kaufmännischen Tätigkeit ist von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

• Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und behältst auch bei mehreren Vorgängen den Überblick

• Du trittst gegenüber Kunden professionell und verbindlich auf und kannst souverän kommunizieren

• Du verfügst über ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und gehst verantwortungsbewusst und diskret mit sensiblen Daten um

• Du zeichnest dich durch eine lösungsorientierte, pragmatische und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
