Wir sind Recruiting Partner für Unternehmen aus der Startup Online Marketing und E Commerce Welt. Unser Ziel ist es Teams mit starken Talenten zu besetzen und nachhaltige Hiring Strukturen aufzubauen.

Dabei arbeiten wir eng mit Foundern Hiring Managern und Kandidat:innen zusammen und genau hier kommst du ins Spiel.

Aufgaben

    • Call-Support: Du begleitest unsere Intro- und Skill-Calls mit Kandidat:innen, hörst aktiv mit und hältst die wichtigsten Punkte fest
    • Feedback-Dokumentation: Nach den Calls fasst du Gesprächsnotizen strukturiert zusammen und pflegst sie in unser ATS ein
    • Kandidaten-Kommunikation: Du unterstützt bei Terminkoordination, Follow-ups und Absagen
    • Pipeline-Pflege: Du hältst unsere Kandidaten-Pipelines aktuell und sorgst dafür, dass nichts liegen bleibt
    • Ad-hoc-Support: Kleinere Recherchen, Sourcing-Unterstützung und alles, was im Recruiting-Alltag anfällt

Qualifikation

    • Erfahrung im Recruiting – z.B. aus einem Praktikum, einer Werkstudententätigkeit oder einer HR-Rolle.
    • Du musst kein Profi sein, aber du weißt, wie ein Recruiting-Prozess abläuft und wie man mit Kandidat:innen spricht
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Kandidatengesprächen: aktiv zuhören, die richtigen Punkte erkennen, sauber festhalten
    • Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gutes Englisch
    • Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – du dokumentierst sauber und denkst mit
    • Kommunikationsstärke und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit Menschen
    • Verfügbarkeit von ca. 10 Std./Woche, idealerweise verteilt auf 2–3 Tage
