Haustechniker (m/w/d) in Mannheim

Deine Kernaufgaben

Standortbetreuung & Haustechnik

• Du betreust unsere beiden Standorte in Mannheim sowie unsere Produktion in Ladenburg und sorgst für einen funktionsfähigen Zustand von Gebäuden, Flächen und Infrastruktur
• Du führst regelmäßige Begehungen durch, erkennst Mängel, Schäden oder Handlungsbedarfe frühzeitig und stößt die notwendigen Maßnahmen an
• Du behältst haustechnische Einrichtungen und Betriebsmittel im Blick und unterstützt einen reibungslosen Standortbetrieb

Reparaturen & Dienstleisterkoordination

• Du übernimmst kleinere Reparaturen, Instandsetzungsarbeiten und allgemeine handwerkliche Tätigkeiten selbst oder koordinierst passende externe Unterstützung
• Du steuerst Handwerker, Wartungsfirmen, Reinigungsdienste und weitere Dienstleister vor Ort und achtest auf eine ordentliche und termingerechte Ausführung
• Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für operative Gebäudethemen und stimmst dich eng mit internen Schnittstellen ab

Produktion & operativer Standortsupport

• Du unterstützt die Produktion in Ladenburg bei allen standortbezogenen Themen rund um Funktionalität, Ordnung und Infrastruktur
• Du sorgst dafür, dass Flächen, Zugänge, Ausstattung und operative Rahmenbedingungen an allen Standorten verlässlich funktionieren
• Du übernimmst allgemeine praktische Unterstützung sowie kleinere organisatorische und logistische Aufgaben im Standortalltag

Ordnung, Sicherheit & Material

• Du achtest auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Verkehrssicherheit an allen betreuten Standorten
• Du unterstützt bei Entsorgung, Materialbereitstellung, Besorgungen und weiteren operativen Alltagsthemen
• Du trägst dazu bei, dass Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Betriebsstandards im Tagesgeschäft eingehalten werden

Das bringst Du mit

• Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Haustechnik, Elektrik, SHK, Facility oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung als Hausmeister, Haustechniker, im technischen Gebäudemanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren operativen Rolle
• Selbstständige, pragmatische und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
• Führerschein Klasse B sowie Bereitschaft, regelmäßig zwischen unseren Standorten in Mannheim und Ladenburg zu pendeln
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
