Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) im HR-Team unterstützt du uns bei einem breiten Spektrum an personalwirtschaftlichen Aufgaben und bekommst tiefe Einblicke in die tägliche HR-Arbeit.

Deine Rolle bei uns

• Unterstützung im Recruiting – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zum Bewerbermanagement

• Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Arbeits- und Zwischenzeugnissen und Bescheinigungen

• Vorbereitung von Onboarding-Unterlagen und Willkommensprozessen

• Pflege und Verwaltung von Personalstammdaten und HR-Systemen

• Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen

• Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten, z. B. im Bereich Personalentwicklung oder bei Kultur-Themen

• Recherche zu aktuellen HR-Trends und Best Practices

Das erwartet Dich:

• Steile Lernkurve im HR-Bereich– hands-on, kein Theorie-Blabla

• Viel Eigenverantwortung für “deine” Themen

• Arbeiten vor Ort (mind. 3 Tage pro Woche) in unserem neuen Frankfurter Office in der Innenstadt, ein Tag pro Woche remote möglich

• Ein Team, das Dich fordert, fördert und ehrlich Feedback gibt

• Eingeschriebenes Studium, idealerweise in BWL, Psychologie, Wirtschaftspsychologie o. Ä.

• Erste Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich (z. B. durch Praktika) von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Diskretion und Sorgfalt im Umgang mit sensiblen Personaldaten

• Kommunikationsstärke, Flexibilität und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
