Unser Kunde ist einer der etabliertesten Gesundheitsdienstleister in Deutschland mit Sitz in Berlin und Brandenburg. Für den Bereich Offizin und Klinikversorgung suchen wir im Auftrag unseres Kunden einen erfahrenen Apotheker (m/w/d) in Bernau zur Übernahme einer Teamleitung.

In dieser Funktion führen Sie sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch ein Team von vier Mitarbeitenden im pharmazeutischen Bereich.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams mit vier Mitarbeitenden
• Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Prozessablauf im Bereich der Offizin und Krankenhausversorgung
• Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen (z. B. Schnittstellenmanagement, Workflow, Qualitätssicherung)
• Enger Austausch mit dem vorhandenen Filialleiter, wobei Sie insbesondere das Team fachlich und disziplinarisch verantworten
• Mitwirkung und Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Klinikversorgung mit der Option, sich hier stärker zu spezialisieren

Qualifikation

• Sie sind approbierter Apotheker (m/w/d)
• Sie bringen Führungserfahrung mit (fachlich und idealerweise auch disziplinarisch) bzw. trauen sich die Führung eines vierköpfigen Teams zu
• Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für die Arbeit in der Klinikversorgung und Offizin
• Sie übernehmen Verantwortung strukturiert, kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
• Sie besitzen die Bereitschaft, sich gezielt im Bereich Klinikversorgung weiterzuentwickeln
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
