About This Role
Aufgaben
- Vor-Ort-Support an allen 60 Standorten: Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei IT- und Technikfragen – persönlich, direkt und lösungsorientiert (ca. 2/3 deiner Arbeitszeit)
- Installation, Aufbau, Umbau und Abbau von Kassen, Waagen, Netzwerken und Büroarbeitsplätzen
- Mitwirkung bei der IT-seitigen Umsetzung von Projekten, z. B. Eröffnung neuer Märkte
- Einrichtung und Wartung von Videoüberwachung, Alarmanlagen und Telefonanlagen
- Auswahl, Beschaffung und Installation von IT-Equipment
- Koordination von Lieferanten und externen Partnern
⚠️ Wichtig vorab: Das ist kein Homeoffice-Job und kein klassischer Helpdesk mit Headset. Rund zwei Drittel deiner Arbeitszeit bist Du vor Ort in den Filialen – Field Service. Wenn Du das liebst, bist du bei uns richtig!
Qualifikation
- Solides IT-Wissen und technisches Verständnis in Hard- und Software
- Handwerkliches Geschick und Freude an praktischen Installationen
- Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Netzwerken und IT-Systemen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, du handelst
- Offene und kommunikative Art – du bist das Gesicht der IT in unseren Märkten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch (A2)
- Führerschein Klasse B (erforderlich)
- Erste Erfahrung mit Kassen- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
