Wir suchen motivierte IT Außendiensttechniker (w/m/d) zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support. Ob Berufseinsteiger, Quereinsteiger oder erfahrener IT-Profi – bei uns zählen Motivation, Kundenorientierung und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Betreuung unserer Kunden vor Ort sowie remote im Rahmen von Serviceeinsätzen
• Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen und Störungen im Microsoft Client-, Server- und Netzwerkumfeld
• Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, mobilen Endgeräten und Peripheriegeräten
• Durchführung von Hardwareaustausch, Neuinstallationen, Rollouts, Migrationen und IT-Umzügen
• Einrichtung und Inbetriebnahme neuer IT-Arbeitsplätze
• Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
• Unterstützung bei der Administration von Microsoft 365- und Azure-Umgebungen
• Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-, Server- und Infrastrukturthemen
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten im Ticketsystem
• Ansprechpartner für Kunden vor Ort bei technischen Fragestellungen

Qualifikation

Dein Profil

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Umschulung, Studium oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
• Quereinsteiger mit technischer Affinität und IT-Leidenschaft sind ausdrücklich willkommen
• Berufseinsteiger erhalten bei uns eine Chance – wichtiger als langjährige Erfahrung sind Motivation, Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
• Erste bis gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows Client-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft 365, Hardware und Netzwerken
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Server, Active Directory oder Azure sind von Vorteil
• Interesse an modernen IT-Infrastrukturen, Netzwerken und Cloud-Technologien
• Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich und zielorientiert zu arbeiten
• Teamfähigkeit sowie Interesse an neuen Technologien
• Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht)
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Region
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
