Als Entrepreneur in Residence bei Heimgart arbeitest du direkt mit der Geschäftsführung an allen Funktionen eines Direct-to-Consumer-Unternehmens: von Marketing und Performance über Produkt, Einkauf und Operations bis zu Finanzen, B2B-Vertrieb und Strategie. Du bekommst kein eng geschnittenes Aufgabengebiet, sondern die seltene Gelegenheit, das gesamte Betriebssystem einer profitablen D2C-Brand zu durchdringen – mit dem ausdrücklichen Ziel, dass du danach jeden Aspekt eines solchen Geschäfts selbst aufbauen und führen könntest.

Aufgaben

Über die Dauer des Programms übernimmst echte Verantwortung in allen zentralen Funktionen einer D2C-Company in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Geschäftsführung

Wachstum & Marketing

• Performance-Marketing (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest), Funnel- und Conversion-Optimierung, Tracking und Attribution
• Retention, CRM, E-Mail-/Lifecycle-Marketing und Reaktivierung von Bestandskunden

Produkt, Einkauf & Operations

• Sortiments- und Produktentwicklung, Lieferanten und Beschaffung, Logistik und Fulfillment über JTL
• Prozessoptimierung und Aufbau skalierbarer Abläufe

Vertrieb & Geschäftsentwicklung

• B2B-Kundenentwicklung, neue Vertriebskanäle und Partnerschaften (z. B. Corporate Gifting, Retail)

Finanzen & Strategie

• Unit Economics, Deckungsbeitragsrechnung, Reporting und Planung – verstehen, woran ein D2C-Geschäft verdient
• Strategische Projekte direkt an der Seite der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

• Unternehmerischer Antrieb – du willst perspektivisch selbst gründen oder ein Geschäft führen und nutzt diese Rolle als Sprungbrett
• Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst lieber an, als zu delegieren
• Generalist:in mit Neugier über Funktionsgrenzen hinweg – Marketing, Zahlen, Produkt und Operations schrecken dich gleichermaßen nicht ab
• Erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. Beratung, Startup, E-Commerce) oder ein starker akademischer Hintergrund mit nachweisbarer Eigeninitiative
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; sicherer Umgang mit Daten und gängigen Tools
• Bereitschaft, in einem kleinen Team Verantwortung zu übernehmen und mit Ambiguität umzugehen
