Das Durchschnittalter liegt bei uns bei 35 Jahren...wir haben aber genug Erfahrung damit du lernen kannst, wie Abschlüssen von Kapitalgesellschaften vorbereitet werden und auch Sonderthemen wie Erbschaftsteuer und Bewertung.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen und Privatpersonen unter Beachtung der aktuellen steuerrechtlichen Vorschriften.
• Betreuung und Beratung der Mandanten in steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
• Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Betriebsprüfungen sowie Kontaktpflege mit Finanzbehörden.
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Finanzbuchhaltungen.
• Fortlaufende Weiterbildung und Anwendung neuer digitaler Technologien zur Optimierung der Kanzleiabläufe.
• Du erhälst einen Mandantenstamm, bekommst aber auch andere Zusatzarbeiten damit du dich entwickeln kannst.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte(r) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Erfahrung mit digitalen Buchhaltungs- und Steuersoftwarelösungen.
• Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, um in einem kollaborativen Umfeld zu arbeiten.
• Neugierde und Lernbereitschaft, um mit den neuesten Entwicklungen im Steuerrecht Schritt zu halten.
• Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit bei der Bearbeitung von Mandantenanliegen.
