Aufgaben

• Du bist Experte für mindestens eine der gängigen Softwareverteilungslösungen (baramundi, Microsoft Intune/MECM oder Matrix42) und treibst deren Einsatz bei unseren Kunden voran
• Du übernimmst die Erstellung, das Testing und die Anpassung von Softwarepaketen
• In großen Rollout-Projekten unterstützt Du die technische Ablaufsteuerung, sowohl remote als auch physisch bei der Vorbereitung der Endgeräte in unserem Lager/Staging-Bereich
• Du implementierst die Lösungen direkt in den Kundenumgebungen, berätst bei der Prozessoptimierung und führst Workshops durch
• Du behebst Störungen in der Softwareverteilungsinfrastruktur und unterstützt den Third-Level-Support

Qualifikation

• Fundierte Projekterfahrung und tiefe Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der Produkte: baramundi, Microsoft MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune oder Matrix42
• Der Wille, sich zeitnah zu einem Spezialisten in mindestens einem weiteren dieser Tools weiterzuentwickeln
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 sowie Erfahrung im Windows-Server-Umfeld
• Sichere Anwendung von PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Routineaufgaben
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnologien (DHCP, DNS, PXE)
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder ein vergleichbares IT-Studium
• Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder der IT-Administration
• Zertifikate der genannten Hersteller (z.B. baramundi Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) sind von großem Vorteil
• Du hast Spaß daran, dich tief in komplexe IT-Landschaften einzuarbeiten und neue Technologien zu lernen
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, hältst Termine ein und übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Ergebnisse – sowohl im Büro als auch beim Kunden
• Du legst Wert auf saubere Paketierung und fehlerfreie Rollout-Prozesse
• Ein freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten beim Kunden vor Ort sind für Dich selbstverständlich
