Aufgaben

• Aufnahme der Ist-Situation in den Kundenumgebungen, Durchführung von Readiness-Checks und Identifikation von Kompatibilitätsrisiken
• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Migrationskonzepte (In-Place Upgrade vs. Neuinstallation, Cloud- vs. On-Premise-Management)
• Planung und Anpassung der notwendigen Infrastrukturkomponenten (Softwareverteilung, Serverlandschaft, Netzwerkanforderungen)
• Aufbau der Pilotumgebungen, Applikations-Packaging und Finalisierung der Master-Images
• Begleitung der operativen Rollout-Phase und Unterstützung des Second-Level-Supports bei Eskalationen

Qualifikation

• Tiefe Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11 sowie Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Server-Landschaften in den aktuellen Versionen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM / SCCM) und/oder Microsoft Intune (Modern Management)
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Aufgaben sind zwingend erforderlich
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO) und Netzwerktechnologien (DHCP, DNS)
• Du erkennst, was zu tun ist, strukturierst Deine Arbeit selbst und behältst auch bei komplexen Projektlagen den Überblick
• Die IT-Welt dreht sich schnell. Du hast Spaß daran, dich in neue Technologien (z.B. neue Intune-Features) einzuarbeiten und Dein Wissen anzuwenden
• Du kannst technische Sachverhalte auch Nicht-Technikern (Kunden oder Projektleitern) verständlich erklären
• Du erstellst Konzepte, die in der Praxis funktionieren, und packst bei der Implementierung selbst mit an

Zertifizierungen (Wünschenswert)

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
• Vergleichbare Zertifizierungen im Bereich Cloud oder Netzwerk sind ein Plus.
