Aufgaben

Bringe deine Expertise in einem dieser Schlüsselbereiche ein

• Defense Manufacturing & MRO – Schwerpunkt auf Fertigung, Instandhaltung und Qualitätssicherung
• Programs & Engineering – Steuerung von Programmen und digitale Produktentwicklung
• Secure Supply Chain & Export Control – Aufbau sicherer und regelkonformer Lieferketten
• Defense Contracting & Lead-to-Cash – Automatisierte Vertragsprozesse und Compliance-Management
• Finance, Product/Program Costing & Audit Compliance – Transparenz und Kontrolle in Finanzprozessen
• Cybersecurity, Identity Access Management & Sovereign Cloud – Schutz sensibler Daten und sichere Cloud-Lösungen

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung komplexer SAP-Programme, idealerweise im Aerospace- & Defense-Umfeld (z.B. Engineering, MRO, sicherheitskritische Prozesse)
• Nachgewiesene Führungskompetenz in der Leitung von SAP-Transformationen, Projekten und Teams , in der Steuerung von Stakeholdern und der Verantwortung für End-to-End-Delivery
• Souveränes Arbeiten in regulierten und sicherheitsrelevanten Umgebungen – von Exportkontrolle bis Compliance
• Bereitschaft, sich in neue Defense-Technologien, souveräne Cloud-Umgebungen und moderne SAP-Architekturen einzuarbeiten
• Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands für Kundentermine, Workshops und Steering Boards
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
