Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager verantwortest du unsere Paid-Strategie kanalübergreifend – mit dem Ziel, nachhaltiges Wachstum, maximale Sichtbarkeit und profitables Scale-up zu erreichen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Creative, Social Media und Influencer Marketing zusammen, um starke Kampagnen zu entwickeln, die nicht nur performen, sondern auch unsere Marke stärken.

Aufgaben

• Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere Performance-Marketing-Strategie über Kanäle wie Meta, Google, TikTok & Co.
• Du planst, steuerst und optimierst Paid-Kampagnen entlang des gesamten Funnels
• Du analysierst KPIs wie ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rates und leitest datenbasierte Maßnahmen zur Skalierung ab
• Du entwickelst Creative-Strategien für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen, Funnel-Stufen und Plattformen
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem Creative-Team zusammen und gibst klare Briefings für Ads, UGC, Hooks, Messaging und Content-Formate
• Du analysierst, welche Creatives performen, erkennst Muster und leitest daraus neue Testing-Ansätze und Creative Learnings ab
• Du entwickelst neue Ideen für Performance Creatives, Kampagnenangles und Storytelling-Ansätze mit starkem Fokus auf Conversion und Markenaufbau
• Du testest kontinuierlich neue Zielgruppen, Creatives, Funnels und Growth-Hebel
• Du planst und verantwortest Budgets, Forecasts und Reportings
• Du identifizierst neue Performance-Kanäle, Trends und Wachstumschancen im D2C-Umfeld
• Du entwickelst unsere Tracking- und Attribution-Setups kontinuierlich weiter
• Du steuerst externe Partner, Freelancer oder Agenturen und sorgst für eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit

Qualifikation

• Mind. 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise im D2C-, E-Commerce- oder Lifestyle-Bereich
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Meta Ads, Google Ads und idealerweise TikTok Ads
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung von Performance-Kampagnen mit relevanten Budgets
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und KPIs
• Erfahrung mit Tracking-, Attribution- und Analytics-Tools
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und lösungsorientiert
• Du bist hands-on und bringst gleichzeitig strategisches Denken mit
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Creatives, Zielgruppen und Markenkommunikation
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
