Aufgaben

• Du betreust Performance-Kampagnen auf Google und Meta eigenverantwortlich und optimierst sie laufend, damit Budgets effizient skalieren.
• Du baust Kampagnenstrukturen auf, testest neue Creatives und Zielgruppen und erkennst Optimierungspotenziale, bevor jemand danach fragt.
• Du richtest das Tracking über den Google Tag Manager ein und sorgst dafür, dass die Datenbasis für saubere Entscheidungen stimmt.
• Du behältst die relevanten KPIs im Griff, bereitest Reportings auf und leitest daraus konkrete nächste Schritte ab.
• Du bist direkte Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, führst die Jour Fixes und besprichst Ergebnisse sowie das weitere Vorgehen.
• Du stimmst dich im Team zur Gesamtstrategie ab und setzt sie anschließend operativ selbstständig um.

Qualifikation

• Ein bis zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Google Ads und Social Ads. Die gängigen Tools und Best Practices sind dir vertraut.
• Solides Tracking-Verständnis: Du weißt, wofür der Pixel da ist, und liest Ergebnisse in GA4 sicher aus.
• Eine echte Hands-on-Mentalität. Du wartest nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern erkennst selbst, wann eine Kampagne nachjustiert werden muss.
• Analytischer Kopf: Deine Entscheidungen baust du auf Daten auf, nicht auf dem Bauchgefühl.
• Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Lust darauf, Verantwortung für eigene Kunden-Accounts zu übernehmen.
