• Performance Marketing mit Impact: Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere Performance-Marketing-Strategie mit Fokus auf Neukundengewinnung, Umsatzwachstum und Profitabilität.
• Channel Ownership End-to-End: Du planst, steuerst und optimierst unsere Performance- und CRM-Kanäle – von Google, Meta und TikTok bis Newsletter und WhatsApp.
• Data-Driven Growth: Du verantwortest die Budgetsteuerung aller Performance-Kanäle und triffst fundierte Entscheidungen auf Basis von KPIs, Attribution und Daten.
• AI-Powered Marketing: Du nutzt KI zur Content-Erstellung und Effizienzsteigerung im Media Buying und treibst den Einsatz neuer Technologien aktiv voran.
• Search & Visibility: Du entwickelst unsere SEO- und GEO-Strategie weiter und stärkst die Sichtbarkeit unserer Brand in Suchsystemen und LLMs durch relevanten Content und optimierte Produktdaten.
• Strong Partnerships: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Performance-Marketing-Agenturen sowie den Teams Marketing und E-Commerce zusammen und stellst sicher, dass alle Maßnahmen markenkonform umgesetzt werden.

• Du hast einen Background in E-Commerce oder Digital Marketing und mindestens vier Jahre relevante Erfahrung, idealerweise in der Mode- oder Lifestyle-Branche.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen Shop- und Analytics-Systemen, denkst unternehmerisch und steuerst dein Business sicher auf Basis von KPIs und Daten.
