Als (Sr.) Marketing Manager:in (m/w/d) bist du das kreative Bindeglied zwischen Produkt, Marke und Vertrieb. Du entwickelst unsere Marketingstrategie entlang des gesamten Funnels und setzt sie gleichzeitig operativ in wirksame Kampagnen, Maßnahmen und Inhalte um. So verbindest du konzeptionisches Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität und sorgst dafür, dass IOmeter in die Köpfe – und Haushalte – Deutschlands kommt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

• Du planst, setzt um und optimierst datengetriebene Marketingkampagnen (SEA, Paid Social, Display etc.)
• Du verantwortest zentrale Performance-KPIs wie CAC, ROAS, CTR und Conversion Rates
• Du führst kontinuierliches A/B-Testing durch und leitest daraus datenbasierte Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
• Du arbeitest mit externen Partnern, Dienstleistern und internen Teams für eine exzellente, zielgerichtete Kampagnenausführung zusammen
• Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Marketingstrategien auf Basis von Zielgruppen-, Markt- und Produktanalysen
• Du übersetzt technische Produktvorteile in klare, emotionale Markenbotschaften
• Du entwickelst Toolkits, Playbooks und Aktivierungsrichtlinien zur konsistenten Markenführung

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Markenstrategie und Markenaktivierung im B2C und B2B Bereich mit
• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Nachweisliche Erfolge in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung integrierter Strategien auf Basis einer klaren Markenpositionierung kannst du vorweisen
• Kennzahlengetriebenes Marketing, IoT-Produkte und nachhaltige Energiethemen begeistern dich
• Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media Plattformen (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
• Du verfügst über hervorragende Erfahrung und Freude in der Nutzung moderner Tools zur Kampagnenentwicklung und -gestaltung
• Du denkst ausgeprägt konzeptionell und strategisch und verfügst über kreative Problemlösungskompetenz
• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ein gutes Gespür für Zielgruppen und ein sicherer Umgang mit Markenbotschaften sind für dich selbstverständlich
• Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und bist teamfähig Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) in Wort und Schrift

• Interesse an Energie, Nachhaltigkeit oder digitalen Geschäftsmodellen.
