Unser Mandant sucht zwei Produktionsmeister für die Chemische Verfahrenstechnik im Oldenburger Münsterland.
Die erste Position arbeitet ohne Schichtsystem und die zweite Position arbeitet im Zweischichtsystem.

Das Unternehmen ist im Bereich Industrie.

Aufgaben

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung
• Schulung von Mitarbeitern
• Sicherstellung einer termin- und qualitätsgerechten Auftragsabwicklung
• Fertigungsplanung
• Prozessoptimierung
• Gewährleistung und Überwachung aller betrieblichen Vorgaben zu Arbeitssicherheit und Qualität
• Kontinuierliche Aktualisierung und Pflege von Auftragsunterlagen
• Enge Schnittstellenkoordination mit angrenzenden Abteilungen im Werk

Qualifikation

• Meister, Techniker oder Studium im technischen oder verfahrenstechnischen Bereich
• Berufserfahrung im technischen oder verfahrenstechnischen Bereich
• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
• Erfahrung mit Methoden der Prozessoptimierung
• Kenntnisse mit ERP-Systemen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Die Vergütung spiegelt die Verantwortung dieser Rolle wider. Vorgesehen ist ein fixes Jahresgehalt von 50.000 € bis 65.000 €. Der genaue Einstiegspunkt basiert auf Ihrer nachweisbaren Führungserfahrung (Anzahl der direkt geführten Mitarbeiter), Ihren Erfolgen bei der Optimierung von Abteilungsstrukturen sowie Ihrer Budgetverantwortung.
