Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die nah an der Geschäftsführung arbeitet, Verantwortung übernimmt und komplexe Projekte aktiv mitgestaltet.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in allen organisatorischen, administrativen und projektbezogenen Belangen
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Terminen, Sitzungen, Gremien und Entscheidungsvorlagen
• Erstellung von Protokollen, Präsentationen und Auswertungen
• Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Projekten und Projektunterlagen
• Nachweisführung und Dokumentation gegenüber Fördergebern
• Schnittstelle und Abstimmung mit Kommunen, Projektpartnern, Planungsbüros, Bauüberwachung und Behörden
• Reporting, Monitoring und Aufbereitung projektbezogener Kennzahlen
• Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse
• Organisation und Koordination geschäftsführungsnaher Sonderthemen

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschafts-, Verwaltungswissenschaften, Projektmanagement) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, im Fördermittelumfeld und idealerweise im öffentlichen Sektor
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Partnern
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Tools wünschenswert
• Hohes Maß an Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamorientierung
• Verständnis für technische und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen im Infrastruktur- und Förderumfeld von Vorteil
