Project Engineer / Projektingenieur Verfahrenstechnik (m/w/d)

Die Hywax GmbH ist Teil der internationalen AWAX Group mit ca. 700 Mitarbeitenden. Am Standort im Hamburger Hafen produzieren rund 300 Mitarbeitende und 24 Auszubildende ein breites Spektrum an Paraffinwachsen auf mineralöl- und synthetischer Basis, Wachsemulsionen sowie Vaseline. Weitere Emulsionsanlagen befinden sich in Linz, Österreich und Birkenhead, Großbritannien. Unsere Produkte finden weltweit in verschiedensten weiterverarbeitenden Industrien Anwendung, zum Beispiel in Heißschmelzklebern, Papier und Verpackungen, Farben und Lacken, Kosmetika und pharmazeutischen Erzeugnissen, Holzwerkstoffen, Kerzen sowie dem Straßenbau.

In unserem Engineering-Team arbeiten Menschen mit unterschiedlichen technischen Hintergründen gemeinsam an guten Lösungen. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine:n Project Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik.

Aufgaben

• Sie entwickeln und optimieren Verfahren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Operations und R&D.
• Sie bewerten Anlagen und Verfahrensschritte ganzheitlich und leiten daraus Optimierungen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit ab.
• Sie planen, steuern und priorisieren Investitionsprojekte, insbesondere CAPEX-Projekte, eigenverantwortlich und unter Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen.
• Sie erstellen Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Business Cases, zum Beispiel ROI-Betrachtungen, zur Bewertung von Projekten.
• Sie erarbeiten und bewerten technische Konzepte und Studien zur nachhaltigen Optimierung von Produktions- und Nebenanlagen.
• Sie berücksichtigen neue Technologien und innovative Lösungsansätze in Ihren Projekten.
• Sie verantworten Genehmigungsverfahren und führen Sicherheitsanalysen, zum Beispiel HAZOP, durch.
• Sie stimmen sich mit Behörden ab und führen technische Verhandlungen mit Ingenieurbüros und Lieferanten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf.
• Sie koordinieren und überwachen externe Kontraktoren auf Baustellen.
• Sie wenden Projektmanagement-Standards und -Tools an und entwickeln diese weiter.

Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik oder Chemieingenieurwesen.
• Sie bringen ca. 2–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsunternehmen oder Engineering-Umfeld mit, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie.
• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse verfahrenstechnischer Anlagen und haben Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere mit CAPEX-Projekten.
• Sie arbeiten analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
• Sie treten kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig auf.
• Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
• Sie bringen gute IT-Kenntnisse mit, insbesondere in SAP und MS Office.
