Als Founders Associate arbeitest du direkt mit unserem deutschen Country Manager zusammen und unterstützt bei der Umsetzung von Projekten, Organisation und interner Kommunikation.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle bei Matera:

• Enge Unterstützung des Country Managers im Tagesgeschäft
• Übernahme strategischer Initiativen oder Projekte
• Schnittstelle zu internen Teams, vor allem Operations, HR und Office Management
• Organisation von Events, Terminen und standortübergreifenden Projekten

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst:

• Erste Erfahrung im Unternehmenskontext (z. B. Praktikum, Werkstudent:in)
• Organisationstalent und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Interesse an Business-Strategie, Skalierung und Standortaufbau
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch & Englisch)
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
