Als Founders Associate bei SPiNE Energy bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei: Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern zusammen, treibst neue Initiativen voran, baust interne Prozesse auf und gestaltest aktiv die strategische und operative Richtung des Unternehmens. Ob Finanzen, Business Development, Partnerschaften oder interne Organisation, kein Tag gleicht dem anderen. Das ist die ideale Rolle für jemanden mit unternehmerischem Geist, der Lust hat, in der entscheidenden Frühphase eines wachstumsstarken Start-ups (aktuell circa 20 Mitarbeitende) echten Einfluss zu nehmen.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Projekte & Wachstumsinitiativen: Du initiierst und leitest wirkungsstarke Projekte, die SPiNEs Wachstum vorantreiben. Ob Prozessoptimierung oder neue Produktinitiativen, deine Arbeit prägt die Zukunft des Unternehmens.
• Sparringspartner der Geschäftsführung: Als direkter Partner der Gründer bist du tief in operative und strategische Entscheidungen eingebunden, von der Marktpositionierung bis zur täglichen Umsetzung.
• Operative Exzellenz: Du optimierst und standardisierst Prozesse über alle Bereiche hinweg, von Automatisierung bis Performance-Tracking, damit SPiNE mit Agilität und Effizienz skaliert.
• Finance & Performance Management: Mit präzisen Analysen und aussagekräftigem Reporting steuerst du die finanzielle Entwicklung des Unternehmens und stellst sicher, dass strategische Ziele nicht nur erreicht, sondern übertroffen werden.
• Flexibilität & Vielseitigkeit: In einem frühen Start-up sind Rollen fließend. Du trägst viele Hüte, von Marktanalysen bis zum Lieferantenmanagement, und findest dich schnell in neue Themen ein.

Qualifikation

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Du packst an, übernimmst Verantwortung und brauchst keine enge Führung. Du baust gerne von Grund auf und fühlst dich in dynamischen Umfeldern wohl.
• Analytische Denkweise: Du zerlegst komplexe Probleme strukturiert und lieferst datengetriebene Lösungen, sowohl auf strategischer als auch auf operativer Ebene.
• Proaktiv & ergebnisorientiert: Du priorisierst konsequent nach dem 80:20-Prinzip, behältst den Überblick im Detail und arbeitest mit dem nötigen Nachdruck, um Ziele zu erreichen.
• Stakeholder Management: Du kommunizierst sicher auf allen Ebenen, von internen Teams bis zu externen Partnern, und sorgst für Klarheit und Alignment in jeder Interaktion.
• Erfahrung & Ausbildung: BWL-Studium oder vergleichbar, 1 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld wie Consulting, Investment Banking oder einem wachstumsstarken Start-up. Kenntnisse im Energiesektor oder Nachhaltigkeitsbereich sind ein Plus.
• Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch und bist bereit, regelmäßig in unserem Münchner Büro vor Ort zu arbeiten.
