Unser Kunde entwickelt und installiert moderne technische Lösungen für den Einzelhandel – zum Beispiel digitale Screens, Selfie-Mirrors, elektronische Preisschilder, Display-Systeme und weitere Retail-Tech-Lösungen. Gesucht wird kein reiner IT-Spezialist, sondern ein zuverlässiger Techniker mit praktischem Verständnis, sauberem Auftreten und Lust auf abwechslungsreiche Einsätze vor Ort.

Aufgaben

Du bist bundesweit bei Kunden im Einsatz und sorgst dafür, dass moderne Retail-Tech-Systeme sauber installiert, montiert, eingerichtet und in Betrieb genommen werden.

Dabei arbeitest du nicht abstrakt irgendwo im Hintergrund, sondern direkt beim Kunden vor Ort. Du baust Technik auf, prüfst Funktionen, stimmst dich mit Ansprechpartnern in den Märkten ab und sorgst dafür, dass am Ende alles läuft.

Typische Aufgaben sind zum Beispiel:

• Montage und Installation von Screens, Displays, elektronischen Preisschildern und ähnlichen Systemen
• Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme technischer Retail-Lösungen direkt beim Kunden
• Durchführung einfacher Funktionstests und technischer Checks
• Abstimmung mit Filialverantwortlichen, Projektbeteiligten und internen Ansprechpartnern
• Dokumentation der durchgeführten Einsätze
• Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Umbauten und technischen Erweiterungen
• gelegentliche Fehleranalyse und pragmatische Lösung vor Ort

Qualifikation

Wichtig ist vor allem, dass du praktisch denkst, zuverlässig arbeitest und gerne unterwegs bist.

Du musst kein studierter IT-Profi sein. Entscheidend ist, dass du Technik verstehst, sauber montieren kannst und beim Kunden einen guten Eindruck hinterlässt.

Gut passen könntest du zum Beispiel, wenn du Erfahrung hast als:

• Servicetechniker
• POS-Techniker
• Medientechniker
• Veranstaltungstechniker
• Telekommunikationstechniker
• Montagetechniker
• Field Service Techniker
• Techniker im Bereich Digital Signage, Displays, Retail oder vergleichbarem Umfeld

Wichtig sind außerdem:

• handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Grundverständnis
• erste Berührungspunkte mit IT, Netzwerken, Hardware oder digitalen Systemen
• sehr gutes Deutsch für den regelmäßigen Kundenkontakt
• Führerschein Klasse B
• Reisebereitschaft für bundesweite Einsätze
• Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit und ein freundliches Auftreten
