Bei talenthafen arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Strategie, Umsetzung und Beratung. Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf, entwickelst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen – und denkst Performance von Anfang bis Ende: datenbasiert, zielgerichtet und mit einem echten Verständnis für Wirkung.

Aufgaben

Your daily Business

• Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Performance unserer Top-B2B-Kunden – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Wachstum, Effizienz und messbare Ergebnisse.
• Du steuerst die Kommunikation und das Projektmanagement – intern wie extern. Du sorgst dafür, dass alle am selben Strang ziehen und Kampagnen reibungslos laufen.
• Du entwickelst und skalierst Paid-Kampagnen – vor allem auf Meta – immer mit Blick auf relevante Zielgruppen, sauberen Funnelaufbau und nachhaltige Skalierung.
• Du behältst die Zahlen im Blick – mit strukturierten Reportings, relevanten KPIs und einem klaren Verständnis dafür, wie sich gute Performance in echten Business-Impact übersetzt.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

• Erfahrung, die zählt: Du hast bereits Paid Social Kampagnen – idealerweise auch Search – mit mittleren bis hohen fünf- oder sechsstelligen Monatsbudgets erfolgreich geplant und gesteuert.
• Ein unternehmerisches Mindset: Du denkst in Hebeln, Chancen und nächsten Schritten – und fühlst dich in der Dynamik von Start-ups und Tech-Umfeldern richtig wohl.
• Leidenschaft für Performance: Plattformen wie LinkedIn und Meta sind für dich keine Tools, sondern echte Spielfelder – du hast Lust, Dinge auszuprobieren, zu optimieren und zu skalieren.
• Wachstumsdrang: Du willst nicht stehen bleiben – weder beruflich noch persönlich. Du suchst ein Umfeld, in dem du dich weiterentwickeln kannst und gemeinsam mit ambitionierten Kolleg:innen wirklich etwas bewegen willst.
