Callwey ist ein unabhängiger Buchverlag, gegründet 1884 von Georg D.W. Callwey als visionärer Fachverlag für Architektur und Design, mit Sitz in München. Callwey steht heute für hochwertige Publikationen mit den Themenschwerpunkten Architektur, Design, Wohnen, Garten, Kochen, Mode und Lifestyle mit durchschnittlich 30 Neuerscheinungen und 8 Awards mit hochkarätig besetzten Fachjurys im Jahr.

Für die Mitarbeit in unserer Abteilung Awards & Events suchen wir ab sofort bzw. kurzfristig nach Absprache für eine Dauer von fünf bis sechs Monaten eine/n Praktikanten (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

– Du lernst die Abläufe im Awards- und Eventmanagement kennen.

– Du unterstützt die verschiedenen Prozesse von der Auslobung bis zur Preisverleihung.

– Du erstellst Verkaufsunterlagen und Präsentationen mit.

– Du pflegst Website-Daten und unterstützt bei Online-Inhalten.

– Du übernimmst Back-Office-Aufgaben (Adressrecherche, Trendscouting, Informationsaufbereitung für das Award-Sales-Team).

– Du wirkst bei der Erstellung der Buchprojekte mit.

– Du arbeitest an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Plattformen mit.

Qualifikation

– Du studierst Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und absolvierst im Rahmen Deines Studiums ein Pflichtpraktikum.

– Du hast Interesse an unseren Themenbereichen und bist online-affin.

– Du bringst Kenntnisse in Social Media mit.

– Du bist kommunikativ, offen, belastbar und arbeitest dich rasch in neue Aufgaben ein.

– Du arbeitest organisiert, strukturiert und selbständig.

– Kenntnisse in Adobe Indesign und Canva sind von Vorteil.

– Du hast idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Verlags- oder Medienbereich.
