CoStore entwickelt und betreibt moderne Lagercontainerparks in Deutschland. Unsere Kunden mieten flexible Lagerflächen für Umzug, Renovierung, Gewerbe, Fahrzeuge oder zusätzlichen Platzbedarf. Der Fokus liegt auf direkter Anfahrt, einfacher Online-Buchung, sicheren Standorten und flexibel kündbaren Lagerlösungen.

Neben unseren eigenen Parks bauen wir ein Partnerpark-Modell auf, bei dem Grundstückseigentümer und Partner gemeinsam mit CoStore neue Lagerstandorte entwickeln können.

Jetzt wollen wir unsere Sichtbarkeit stärker ausbauen – lokal für neue Mietkunden und strategisch für Investoren, Partner und Grundstückseigentümer. Dafür suchen wir Unterstützung im Bereich Content Creation, Video Editing und Social Media Storytelling.

Aufgaben

Deine Rolle

Wir suchen eine Person, die unseren Gründeralltag, den Aufbau unserer Standorte und die operative Realität hinter CoStore selbständig in kurze, hochwertige Videos übersetzt. Der Content soll nicht nach klassischer Werbung aussehen. Es geht um echte Einblicke, klare Storylines und professionelle Kurzvideos, die Vertrauen schaffen und gleichzeitig auf unsere Geschäftsziele einzahlen. Du arbeitest selbständig eng mit den Gründern zusammen und hilfst dabei, aus Rohmaterial, Standortbesuchen, Gründerterminen und operativen Themen starke Social-Media-Inhalte zu machen.

Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Schnitt von Short-form Videos für Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn und Meta Ads
• Entwicklung klarer Video-Storylines aus Rohmaterial, Standortaufnahmen und Gründeralltag
• Einbau von Hooks, Voice-over-Struktur, Untertiteln, Texteinblendungen und einfachen Branding-Elementen
• Aufbereitung von Content für zwei Zielgruppen: lokale Kunden in Deutschland sowie Investoren und Partner im englischsprachigen Kontext
• Aufbau und Erstellung von Content-Ideen, Skriptstruktur, Formatvarianten und Contentplanungsverantwortung
• Adhoc: Begleitung einzelner Drehs an CoStore-Standorten oder bei Gründerterminen

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringen solltest

Fachlich

• Erfahrung im Schneiden von Short-form Videos
• gutes Gespür für Social-Media-Dramaturgie
• Verständnis für Hooks, Retention und schnelle Kommunikation
• sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve oder ähnlichen Programmen
• Erfahrung mit Untertiteln, Texteinblendungen und einfachen Motion-Elementen
• gutes Auge für Bildaufbau, Tempo, Ton und Story
• Fähigkeit, aus unsortiertem Rohmaterial verwertbaren Content zu entwickeln

Inhaltlich

• Interesse an Startups, Unternehmertum, Immobilien, Operations oder B2B-Modellen
• Fähigkeit, komplexere Themen einfach und verständlich darzustellen
• Verständnis dafür, dass Content nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch Geschäftsergebnisse unterstützen muss
• Gespür für seriöse Kommunikation gegenüber Kunden, Investoren und Partnern
