Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Erstgesprächen mit Kund:innen zur Bedarfsermittlung und Zieldefinition
• Planung und Moderation von Workshops mit Kund:innen zu Strategie, Zielgruppen und Performance
• Regelmäßiger Austausch mit Kund:innen sowie Projektmanagement für laufende und zukünftige Projekte
• Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Online Marketing Kampagnen (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Operative Umsetzung und Optimierung von SEO-, SEA- und Paid-Social-Maßnahmen
• Erstellung von kreativem Content und Werbetexten für Anzeigen, Landingpages und Social Media
• Analyse der Kampagnenleistung, Erstellung von Reports und Dashboards (z. B. Looker Studio) sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungsmaßnahmen
• Einarbeitung und Betreuung von Praktikant:innen und Werkstudent:innen

Qualifikation

• Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien, Kommunikation oder Werbung – oder vergleichbare relevante Berufserfahrung
• Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Online Marketing und aktuellen digitalen Trends
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
