Das INC Innovation Center ist ein international tätiger One-Stop-Shop für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung technologiegetriebener Innovationen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine kreative, kommunikative und strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Leidenschaft Marketingkampagnen und Events gestaltet und dazu beiträgt, die Engineering-, Innovations- und Academy-Leistungen des INC sichtbar zu machen und gezielt zu positionieren.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung unserer Marketing- und Eventaktivitäten mit klarem Fokus auf Kundenevents und Community-Formate (on-site & digital), inklusive Workshops, Networking-Formaten und exklusiver Veranstaltungsreihen
• Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Technology & Innovation Summit – von der Konzeption über Projektsteuerung, Dienstleisterkoordination, Kommunikation und Teilnehmermanagement bis zur erfolgreichen Durchführung und Nachbereitung
• Aufbau und aktive Betreuung unserer Community als zentrale/r Ansprechpartner/in für Austausch, Kommunikation und Aktivierung
• Strategische Positionierung unserer Leistungen, Services und Angebote über geeignete Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen hinweg
• Verantwortung für unsere digitale Präsenz: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Website, LinkedIn, Newsletter und weiteren Kommunikationskanälen mit Blick auf Aktualität, Relevanz und Markenwirkung
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Kampagnen, um unsere Angebote, Events und Leistungen wirkungsvoll bei relevanten Zielgruppen zu platzieren
• Erstellung und Steuerung von Content für Website, Eventkommunikation, Präsentationen, Marketingmaterialien und Social Media
• Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Management, Partnern und Dienstleistern
• Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, präzisen und verlässlichen Umsetzung aller Maßnahmen mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch und starkem Ownership

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Eventmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in B2B-Marketing, Eventmanagement, Community Management oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle idealerweise in einem technologie- oder innovationsnahen Umfeld
• Begeisterung für Themen rund um Innovation, Technologie und Software
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Marketingkanälen und Tools, insbesondere Website-Management und LinkedIn
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation, Storytelling und professionelle visuelle Markenkommunikation
• Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Projektmanagementtalent mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte und Events eigenständig zu steuern
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit sowie eine sehr strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholder-Management im Umgang mit Team, Kunden, Partnern und externen Dienstleistern
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
