Wir bauen myScribe – eine KI-gestützte Dokumentationslösung, die Ärztinnen und Ärzten den Rücken freihalten soll, damit sie sich wieder auf das konzentrieren können, wofür sie eigentlich Medizin studiert haben: Patientinnen und Patienten. Dazu kommt myScribe Connect, mit dem wir unsere Lösung tief in die Krankenhaus-IT integrieren.
Klingt nach Mission? Ist es auch. Aber wir sind kein Pitch-Deck – wir sind ein Produktteam, das jeden Tag echten Code in echte Kliniken bringt.

Wo wir gerade stehen
myScribe läuft heute dort, wo die Ärzt*innen arbeiten: On-Prem, in der Klinik-IT, bei zahlenden Kunden in der DACH-Region. Trotzdem releasen wir mehrmals pro Woche – Continuous Deployment, Fix-Forward, ohne Wartungsfenster-Drama. Im Gesundheitswesen? Eher unüblich.
Doch der Markt verschiebt sich: KI-Inferenz wird teuer, Kunden öffnen sich für die Cloud, SaaS rückt in den Fokus. Um diesen Wandel – und alles, was noch kommt – aktiv mitzugestalten, bauen wir gerade das Core-Entwicklungsteam auf, das myScribe durch die nächsten Jahre trägt. Sei dabei.

Aufgaben

Du bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt für alles rund um Wachstum bei myScribe. Du baust unseren Outbound-Sales-Prozess mit auf, entwickelst Partnerschaften mit Kliniken und
Gesundheitseinrichtungen – und sorgst dafür, dass wir nach außen hin sichtbar werden. Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Founders Associate und den Gründern zusammen, nah am Kern des Unternehmens.

• Outbound Sales – du entwickelst die Strategie mit, identifizierst Zielkliniken und führst erste Outreach-Kampagnen eigenständig durch
• Partnerstrategie – du recherchierst und kontaktierst potenzielle Partner aus dem
  Healthcare-Ökosystem (Verbände, Klinikgruppen, Tech-Partner)
• Content & Marketing – LinkedIn, Website, Kampagnen: du erstellst Inhalte, die unsere Marke im Healthcare-Bereich stärken
• Website-Mitarbeit – du bringst dich beim Neuaufbau unserer Website ein (Texte, Struktur, Messaging)
• CRM & Prozesse – du pflegst und optimierst unser HubSpot-Setup und hältst die Pipeline sauber
• Ad-hoc-Projekte – ob Kampagne, Event oder neues Experiment: du springst ein, wo
  Wachstum gefragt ist

Qualifikation

Wie wir arbeiten
Wir sind kein Konzern-Marketing-Team. Wir testen, iterieren und skalieren, was funktioniert – schnell. Eine Idee am Montag, erster Test bis Mittwoch. Wir geben dir eine Spielwiese: Wenn du weißt, wie wir wachsen können, mach es. Wir wollen Leute mit Drive, keine, die auf Freigaben warten.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

• Studium mit Bezug zu Marketing, BWL, Kommunikation oder Wirtschaft (mind. 3. Semester)
• Erste Erfahrungen im B2B-Marketing, Sales oder Growth – Praktika, eigene Projekte, side hustles zählen alle
• Kenntnisse in HubSpot oder vergleichbaren CRM-Tools von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in Design-Tools (Canva, Figma o. ä.) ein Plus
• Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
• Proaktive, selbstständige Arbeitsweise – du findest Aufgaben, du wartest nicht auf sie
• Begeisterung für Healthcare, SaaS oder Startups
