Du baust unser Partnernetz auf. Auf Fahrerseite wie auf Senderseite. Du findest die richtigen Partner, sprichst sie an, holst sie an Bord und entwickelst sie weiter. Full Circle, vom ersten Outreach bis zum Closing. Langfristig baust du dir dein eigenes Team auf, in Deutschland und Europa.

Aufgaben

    • Partner identifizieren
      Du recherchierst, welche Partner für MUVN spannend sind. Auf der Fahrerseite und auf der Senderseite. Du verstehst die jeweiligen Segmente, findest die richtigen Hebel und baust dir eine eigene Pipeline auf.
    • Outreach und Closing
      Du gehst proaktiv raus. Du sprichst Partner direkt an, führst die Erstgespräche, verhandelst Konditionen und holst sie an Bord. Kein Lead-Pingpong, kein Sales-Director dazwischen. Du bist Full Circle verantwortlich.
    • Partner aktivieren und entwickeln
      Onboarding hört nicht beim Vertragsabschluss auf. Du sorgst dafür, dass deine Partner wirklich aktiv werden und über MUVN abwickeln. Du misst, was funktioniert, und entwickelst die Beziehung weiter.
    • Sales-Prozesse aufbauen
      Du bringst deine Erfahrung ein, definierst Playbooks und legst die Grundlage für ein skalierbares BD-Team.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern
      Du arbeitest direkt mit Katharina, Massimo und Emre. Du siehst, wie Entscheidungen entstehen, bringst deine Perspektive ein und gestaltest die Sales-Strategie aktiv mit.

Qualifikation

Du hast bereits Sales- oder Business-Development-Erfahrung gesammelt. Idealerweise im Logistik-, Mobility- oder Plattform-Umfeld. Oder du hast einen anderen Hintergrund und kannst trotzdem erklären, warum du genau richtig bist.

Was bei uns funktioniert: Du gehst proaktiv auf Menschen zu, hörst zu, verstehst Geschäftsmodelle schnell und denkst in Zahlen. Du übernimmst Ownership für dein Segment, ohne dass jemand täglich nachfragen muss. Closing ist für dich kein Glücksspiel sondern Handwerk.
