Bei Kevin Meyer Consulting bauen wir gerade etwas Neues: KI-gestützte Marketing- und Go-to-Market-Systeme, die in den Unternehmen unserer Kunden laufen und ihnen gehören. Für die technische Umsetzung suchen wir jemanden, der baut, nicht berät.

Du kannst zu uns kommen als Werkstudent:in (15–20 h/Woche) oder als Freelancer auf Retainer-Bais — beides ist möglich, sag uns einfach, was zu deiner Situation passt.

Worum es geht

Wir entwickeln die Go-To-Market-Strategien für unsere Kunden, und du entwickelst basierend auf diesen Strategien das System. Du baust KI-Workflows in n8n oder Make, bindest LLM-APIs an, integrierst Tools und sorgst dafür, dass aus einer Strategie ein System wird, das beim Kunden zuverlässig läuft. Du arbeitest an echten Kundensystemen, nicht an Spielprojekten – was du baust, geht in Betrieb.

Aufgaben

Was du verantwortest

• Umsetzung definierter KI- und Automatisierungs-Workflows in n8n, Make oder vergleichbar
• Anbindung von APIs, LLMs und Tools zu lauffähigen Systemen
• Testing, Stabilität und Fehleranalyse der umgesetzten Workflows
• Saubere Dokumentation, damit Systeme wartbar bleiben
• Laufende Optimierung bestehender Automationen

Du entscheidest dabei eigenständig über Tool-Auswahl, technische Architektur einzelner Workflows und Debugging-Wege — innerhalb der Anforderungen, die wir gemeinsam definieren.

Qualifikation

Du passt, wenn du

• schon mit Automatisierungs-Plattformen gearbeitet hast (n8n, Make, Zapier o.ä.)
• LLMs nicht nur nutzt, sondern verstehst, wie man sie als Werkzeug einsetzt — Prompting sicher, erste API-Erfahrung
• kleinere Python- oder JavaScript-Skripte lesen und anpassen kannst
• schon eigene Automationen, Bots oder Tools gebaut hast — egal ob im Studium, nebenbei oder im Auftrag
• dich in neue Tools reinarbeiten kannst, bis sie laufen
• du strukturierst arbeitest
• zwischen schnellem Prototyping und stabilem Betrieb wechseln kannst — beides hat seinen Moment

Ein Informatikstudium brauchst du nicht. Was du brauchst: Bastler-Mentalität und ein Track Record von Sachen, die du tatsächlich gebaut hast.
