Eines der schnellst wachsenden Fitness Systeme in der DACH Region. Wir bauen personallose Smart Gyms mit App, AI Coach und einem Designkonzept, das alle anderen Gyms im wahrsten Sinne alt aussehen lässt. In diesem Jahr eröffnen wir etwa 70 Smart Gyms in ganz Deutschland.

Und dafür brauchen wir dich — eine Person, die Creative Design lebt und in diesem Bereich der/die allerbeste werden möchte. Jemand, der KI als Tool nutzt und trotzdem einen eigenen Stil hat.

Aufgaben

Stell dir vor, es ist morgens kurz nach 10:00 Uhr.

Du hattest gerade einen Call mit dem Marketing Team und weißt genau, welche Werbeanzeigen am besten performen. Auf Basis dieser Daten überlegst du dir neue Kreationen, die wir direkt live nehmen.

Zwischendrin überlegst du dir ein neues Stickerset, erstellst Flyer für Eröffnungsfeiern und gestaltest ganze Fassaden für das neue Smart Gym in der Nachbarschaft.

Von kleinen Änderungen — neuer Text auf einem Video — bis zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Markensprache für Social Media hilfst du uns, eine starke Marke aufzubauen.

Du entwickelst verschiedene Ansätze und diskutierst dann mit deinem CMO, wie wir die Marke kreativ weiterentwickeln können — Was braucht die Marke, um junge Sportler genauso wie ältere Fitness Newbies anzusprechen?

Gemeinsam entwickelt ihr eine Sprache, ein System, mit dem wir zur größten Gym Brand der Welt werden können.

Dank deiner Hilfe — Du bist die Person, die unsere Marke mitformt und dafür sorgt, dass die ganze Welt YES mit FITYES verbindet.

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

● Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Design

● Herausragende Kenntnisse in den gängigen Design Programmen

● Sicher in einfacher Videobearbeitung

● Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Ad Design

● Deutsch verhandlungssicher

● Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Arbeit

● Du bist proaktiv und willst diesen Bereich ownen

● Du hast ein Gefühl dafür, ob ein Design zur Marke passt
