Als Recruiting Manager (m/w/d) ist es Deine Mission, das Fundament unserer Organisation durch ein qualitativ hochwertiges Recruiting zu sichern, während Du die Recruiting-Prozesse gleichzeitig technologisch ins nächste Zeitalter katapultierst.. Du übernimmst die Verantwortung dafür, unser Team mit den passenden Talenten zu verstärken, unsere Arbeitgebermarke konzeptionell zu schärfen und KI Technologie sinnvoll und effizienzfördernd einzusetzen. Kurz: Du machst unsere Talent Acquisition zukunftssicher, skalierbar und hocheffizient.
- Qualitätsfokus im Recruiting: Du steuerst den gesamten kompetenzbasierten Recruiting-Prozess für anspruchsvolle Profile – von Go-To-Market (GTM) Rollen (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) bis hin zu Positionen im Bereich Product & Engineering.
- Sparring auf Augenhöhe: Du berätst unsere Hiring Manager fundiert, begleitest Veränderungen im Bewerbermarkt mit deiner Expertise und sorgst für einen wertschätzenden, professionellen und validen Auswahlprozess.
- KI-gestütztes Recruiting & Tech-Sourcing: Du nutzt bereits moderne KI-Tools, um dein Daily Business effizienter zu gestalten (z. B. beim Active Sourcing oder dem Candidate Screening) und evaluierst fortlaufend neue Technologien am Markt.
- Datengetriebenes Arbeiten: Du behältst die relevanten Recruiting-KPIs (z. B. Time-to-Hire, Channel-Performance) im Blick und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab.
- Employer Branding weiterentwickeln: Du konzipierst Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen, und überprüfst ständig unseren Arbeitgeber Content auf Aktualität und Attraktivität, um unsere Arbeitgebermarke authentisch zu platzieren. Hierbei fungierst zudem als wichtige Schnittstelle zu unserer Marketing Unit.
Dein Profil
- Du verfügst über mind. 5 Jahre Recruiting-Erfahrung – idealerweise gesammelt im SaaS-Umfeld, in einer agilen Personalberatung oder einem etablierten, sich dynamisch entwickelnden Umfeld.
- Du bringst ein tiefes Verständnis dafür mit, wie man sowohl vertriebsorientierte GTM-Rollen als auch anspruchsvolle Tech-Talente anspricht, evaluiert und begeistert.
- Du überzeugst durch deine ausgeprägte Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz. Du schätzt ein stabiles, professionelles Umfeld, übernimmst die Verantwortung für dein Handeln und schaffst Vertrauen durch Verlässlichkeit.
- Du bist begeistert von den Möglichkeiten, die Künstliche Intelligenz im HR-Bereich bietet. Du bringst die Ambition mit, die Transformation hin zu einem teilautomatisierten, agentenbasierten Recruiting-Modell aktiv anzuführen.
- Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Employer Branding gesammelt und bringst die Motivation mit, dieses Thema bei uns konzeptionell und gestalterisch weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit in unserem interkulturellen Umfeld.
