Bei ZEP gestalten wir die Zukunft der Arbeit für 3.000+ Unternehmen im deutschen Mittelstand. Aktuell bauen wir unsere nächste Produktgeneration komplett neu (Laravel/Vue.js) und entwickeln parallel neue AI-Produkte, die die Projektarbeit von Grund auf neu denken. Dafür suchen wir einen Designer, der AI nicht nur kennt, sondern damit lebt. Figma Make, Cursor und Claude sind für dich keine Experimente, sondern dein alltägliches Handwerkszeug. Du baust in Stunden, wofür andere Tage brauchen. Du verstehst, dass gutes Design heute aus der Kombination von handwerklicher Exzellenz und AI-Hebel entsteht.

Aufgaben

• Design der nächsten ZEP-Produktgeneration (Vue.js basiert) mit Fokus auf B2B SaaS Usability und Übergabe an die Entwicklung
• Mitgestaltung unserer neuen AI-Produkte, inklusive UI für agentische Workflows
• Aufbau, Ausbau und Pflege unseres Design Systems in Design und Prototyping Tools
• AI-gestützte Prototypen-Sprints: vom Briefing zum klickbaren Prototypen in 1-2 Tagen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Product Managern und unserem Co-CEO

Qualifikation

AI-Native Toolset (was du bereits aktiv nutzt):

• Prototyping mit Lovable, Figma Make oder Claude Design
• Daily Driver wie Claude oder ChatGPT für Konzept, Copy, Code
• Cursor oder ähnliche AI-IDEs, um Vue.js-Komponenten zu verstehen und Design-Handoffs zu verbessern
• Idealerweise Erfahrung mit MCP, Agentic Workflows oder Custom GPTs
• Du verstehst den Unterschied. Du weißt, wann ein Claude Design-Prototyp ausreicht und wann handwerkliches Designdenken mit pixelgenauer Umsetzung den Unterschied macht
• Ausgeprägter Sinn für Ästhetik, Typografie, Farbe und Layout
