Als Junior Urban Development Specialist (m/w/d) lieferst du unseren Kunden professionelle, digitale Machbarkeitsstudien zu ihren Projekten. Als Teil des Professional Services Teams bei syte übersetzt du städtebauliche Komplexität in baurechtlich fundierte, klar kommunizierte Analysen – mit einem architektonischen Blick und dem richtigen digitalen Werkzeug in der Hand.

• Machbarkeitsstudien von A bis Z: Du verantwortest Analyseaufträge eigenständig – von der baurechtlichen Prüfung nach §34 BauGB und BauNVO über Flächenberechnungen (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, Wohnfläche) bis zur finalen Lieferung an den Kunden.
• Modellieren & Visualisieren: Du entwickelst Kubaturen und Massenstudien, inkl. Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen und Visualisierungen und überführst Ergebnisse in professionelle Kundendokumente.
• KI-gestützte Workflows: Du arbeitest mit digitalen und KI-Tools (u. a. Claude) sowie spezialisierten Research-Agenten. Wir automatisieren, was automatisierbar ist – du konzentrierst dich auf fachliche Tiefe und Qualität.
• Direkter Kundenkontakt: Du führst eigenständig Kickoff- und Review-Termine mit unseren Kunden durch, verstehst ihre Anforderungen und kommunizierst Ergebnisse klar und verbindlich.

Dein Profil

• Hintergrund: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes (Bachelor-)Studium in Architektur, Stadtplanung oder Bauingenieurwesen und bringst belastbare Kenntnisse im deutschen Planungsrecht, insb. §34 BauGB, BauNVO, Flächenberechnung (GFZ, GRZ, BGF, Wohnfläche).
• Erfahrungen mit Massenstudien: Du konntest während des Studiums oder in ersten praktischen Projekten bereits Massenstudien und Kubaturentwicklung, z. B. mit Forma oder einer ähnlicher Software erstellen.
• Softwarekenntnisse: CAD-Kenntnisse (Vectorworks, Archicad, Revit) und Adobe CC für Visualisierungen. Zudem bringst du eine hohe KI-Affinität und Lernbereitschaft im Bereich KI und Software mit.
• Arbeitsweise: Du bringst eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise mit und findest dich in standardisierten Workflows gut zurecht.
• Kundenorientierung & Kommunikation: Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, und kommunizierst gegenüber Kunden klar und professionell.
• Sprache: Du beherrschst Deutsch schriftlich und mündlich auf Muttersprachenniveau (C1/C2). Englisch B2 – wünschenswert.
